SIZING

All press-on nail sets are custom-sized to fit you.

We offer two easy ways to get your sizing.

​

OPTION 1: COIN METHOD

Place your bare hand on a flat surface with a quarter next to your nails. Take the photo directly from above.

Please provide:

Both hands, both thumbs, bare, clean nails, clear photos taken directly from above
No filters or angled photos

Please make sure your entire nail is visible and the quarter is clearly shown.

If your photo is unclear, blurry, taken at an angle, or your nails are covered, your sizing may be inaccurate.

OPTION 2: IN-PERSON SIZING

Local customers may schedule an in-person sizing appointment.

During your appointment, we will measure your nails, discuss your preferred nail shape and length, and make sure your desired design works well with your natural nails.

This is also a great opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized recommendations before placing your order.

In-person sizing is optional. You may always use our coin method from home.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Every set is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be completed.

Once your order is completed, it will be available for local pickup, delivery, or shipping depending on the option selected at checkout.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available within our service area. Use Bolingbrook High School to measure the radius of your home

Within 5 miles: $5

5 to 10 miles: $10

​​SHIPPING

Shipping is available for customers outside of our local delivery area.

Flat rate shipping: $5

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing, plus approximately 2 to 5 business days for shipping.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and are not guaranteed.

PAYMENTS

Payment must be received in full before your order is started.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & REMAKES

• Because each set is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds due to incorrect sizing, a change of mind, or deciding you no longer want the design after production has begun.

• We want you to love your nails. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your set and include photos so we can review the issue.

• Depending on the situation, we may offer a remake, correction, or replacement.

• If we made an error with your order, we will make it right.

• If you simply change your mind about the design after receiving your order, a refund or remake will not be provided.

SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate sizing information.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from blurry or unclear photos, photos taken at an angle, nails that are not completely visible, photos taken with polish or enhancements, or incorrect sizing information provided by the customer.

For the best fit, we highly recommend in-person sizing for local customers.

WHAT TO INCLUDE WITH YOUR ORDER

SIZING

Provide your sizing photos using our coin method or use your confirmed sizing from an in-person appointment.

NAIL SHAPE & LENGTH

Select your preferred nail shape and length.

Available shapes may include Almond, Square, Coffin, Oval, Stiletto, and Round.

Available lengths may include Short, Medium, Long, and Extra Long.

DESIGN

Upload a clear photo of your desired design or select a design from our collection.

For custom designs, please include any inspiration photos, colors, charms, or specific details you would like incorporated.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Each press-on nail set includes your handmade press-on nails and an application kit.

Your application kit includes:

• Nail glue

• Nail file

• Nail buffer

• Cuticle stick

• Alcohol prep wipe

• Everything you need for an easy at-home application is included with your set.

 

WHAT'S THE NEXT STEP?

1. SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY

Fill out the inquiry form with your sizing, preferred shape and length, and design inspiration.

 

2. LEILANI REVIEWS YOUR REQUEST

Leilani will review your inquiry and contact you if she has any questions.

 

3. PAYMENT

Once everything is confirmed, Leilani will send you a payment request. Payment must be received in full before your nails are started.

 

4. YOUR NAILS ARE MADE

Once payment is received, Leilani will begin creating your custom set. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for completion.

 

5. PICKUP, DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

Once your nails are ready, you will receive an update with your pickup, delivery, or shipping details.
